Join Sara for an informative, relaxing and energising morning learning the essentials of the menopause and how to deal with this change from an exercise perspective.
Suitable for those entering perimenopause, menopause and beyond. We will cover:
- the basics and essential truths of menopause based on up to date research
- exercise for common symptoms
- pelvic floor health
- bone health
- fat burning and nutrition
- relaxation and releasing tension to help anxiety and mental health
Sara will guide you through the best ways to help yourself now and in the future to reduce the risks of injury, stress and anxiety as well as help prevent pelvic floor dysfunction and other conditions such as osteoporosis. The morning includes small talks from Sara and short exercise sessions to include standing weights exercises, some high intensity and some impact exercises, lying floor exercises and relaxation.
