Chandni uses the ‘rich’ holistic yoga approach she learnt growing up in India, the skills from her fitness based trainings, and post graduate research and education in Psychology to bring you mindful movement. Yoga is a gift to our modern world. Chandni’s mission is to help her clients feel better in themselves. Her teaching style is welcoming to everyone, to suit people with a wide variety of fitness levels and goals.
