Join local grower, floral designer and author Milli Proust for a simple spring table arrangement workshop to celebrate the launch of her latest grower’s guides, Seeds & Floristry.

Set in the secluded Walled Garden at the heart of Cowdray Estate, this two hour workshop will talk you through creating your own spring jam jar arrangement to take home and enjoy after the workshop. You’ll be able to work with the most gorgeous floral ingredients grown by Milli on her flower farm local to Cowdray. Milli will guide you through how to condition flowers properly, how to build a colour palette, the ingredients to go for in a fail-safe arrangement and how to use extra special flourishes that will make your design stand out.

There will also be copies of the Grower’s Guides available to purchase on the day, and Milli will be happy to sign and answer any questions.

Refreshments are available and guests will be welcome to walk round and enjoy the gardens.
