When Dr William Oliver, a renowned English physician and philanthropist died in 1764 he bequeathed to his new biscuit recipe for Bath Olivers to his coachman. In the 1950’s the Bath Oliver biscuit recipe passed to James Fortt and the Fortt’s Original Bath Oliver was born. These light and crisp water biscuits are delicious with cheese and wine.
