Qigong is the practice of cultivating awareness of our energy, our Qi.
Synchronising movement, breath, imagery and intention, Qigong practice enables being present and stable, moves stuckness (in mind and body), and strengthens the core. You’ll feel both relaxed and energised at the same time.
As we approach Christmas our Qi naturally becomes distracted and scattered. So many plans, events and assorted visits. This class will focus on training, inviting and creating opportunities our Qi to return home. When “at home” we are nourished and content. We feel centred, grounded, stable, and secure.
These (roughly) monthly Saturday morning sessions may be treated as one-off tasters or attended regularly. All are suitable for complete beginners through to more experienced.
