Flow in the Dark Yoga and Breathwork

Find your light in the dark this March at this special candlelit evening of Yoga and Breathwork.

Allow yourself a moment to pause, to move your body and to learn ways in which to regulate your nervous system through simple yet life-changing breathwork techniques.

Mary is delighted to welcome Kim Prichard, a highly experienced Osteopath and Breathwork coach to the next session of Flow in the Dark.

The evening will start with an hour of restorative yoga led by Mary followed by a short break for herbal teas and nibbles. During the break Kim will do a short workshop of the science and function of breathing. The evening will end with a 20-30 minute breathwork session by candlelight where Kim will guide us through techniques which can be used in our daily lives to help empower us to take control of our mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.
