For anyone interested in learning about Menopause (anyone heading towards or entering Peri-Menopause, menopause and beyond) and how exercise can help.
Sara Rounce is running a Menopause Morning based on her ‘Move with the Menopause’ program. It will be a fun, energising and informative session covering the best ways to exercise to help common symptoms (such as hot flushes, achey joints, sleep, anxiety and mid-section weight gain), preventing different conditions (such as osteoporosis) and addressing other issues such as pelvic floor health, building strength, keeping mobile and brain health).
She will also be covering all the basic facts of menopause so you feel properly informed. The morning will finish with some tension release using the Magic Green Ball and relaxation. Come along by yourself or with a friend and be part of a like-minded group. All equipment is provided but please bring your own mat, blanket and drink/snacks.
