Customers may have noticed a new face on the butchery counter in the past couple of weeks.
Jamie, (known to us all as Torch), has worked as a chef in the kitchen for over three years and has recently joined Head Butcher Steve’s team. He is enjoying learning a new skill and serving customers directly.
