Lincolnshire Poacher

Our cheese of the month for November is Lincolnshire Poacher.

Lincolnshire Poacher is made at Ulceby Grange Farm by brothers Simon and Tim Jones. They are committed to producing the best cheese they possibly can, with the help of 230 Holstein Fresian cows, using fresh unpasteurised milk and traditional methods. Often described as a cross between Cheddar and a Swiss mountain cheese, Lincolnshire Poacher can have long lingering fruity flavours with rich and nutty undertones. Have a taster when you are next passing the Deli.
