Using the ancient Aztec cooking method known as nixtamalisation to produce award-winning, slow-cooked corn tortilla chips. Each batch takes three days to make, producing a truly authentic texture and flavour. 

Blanco Nino proudly partner with small heritage producers in Mexico for their key flavours. In tribute to the communities and traditions that inspire them, they married together blue corn and amaranth to create a sweet, earthy flavour. Amaranth was a vital crop, not just for food, but in the spiritual and ritual life of Mesoamerican indigenous civilizations and proudly source amaranth from farmers in Milpa Alta, which overlooks Mexico City.
