This ripened goats’ milk cheese is first rolled in ash, then matured to develop a complex, yet subtle flavour. It is made by Kevin and Alison Blunt in East Sussex using the milk from their own goats, which are fed only on pasture or hay. Unpasteurised. Suitable for vegetarians. Allergens: MILK.
