Monthly Classes on Saturday mornings:

Kim Lovelace is running further monthly Qigong classes for health and wellbeing on 14th January, 4th February and 4th March.

Time: 10am-1pm

The three hour Saturday morning classes consist of two 80 minute sessions with a short interval tea break.

These classes are run as one offs for both beginners and the more experienced.

Maximum class size is twelve, so prior booking is essential.
