Works Department

The Cowdray Estate has its own building and maintenance department which not only refurbishes and maintains the many properties on the Estate, but can also offer its experienced, qualified team for works outside the Estate.

Windows & Doors

Our carpenters and joiners are also skilled in making bespoke window frames and doors in our own workshop and will be happy to quote for your individual requirements.

Building Work

All building works are designed by our in-house team. The work force is under the direction of Gerald Dixon, Peppi Cella and Dave Denman and they will be happy to quote for any building works in the local area. All works undertaken, however small, from a leaking tap to a full refurbishments and extensions.
