Meditation for Beginners
Gillian Higgins, a leading lawyer in international criminal law, has new season of “Meditation for Beginners” starting in our Chapel this Thursday 3rd November from 7-8pm and running weekly until 15th December.
These sessions are designed for those who want to learn or practice this valuable life skill, the health benefits of which include reducing stress, improving sleep, lowering blood pressure and increasing feelings of wellbeing.
Each session will contain different, practical meditations with the aim of sharing a range of simple techniques. There will also be advice on how to build a daily practice and useful suggestions on further reading.
The sessions will take place on 3rd Nov, 10th Nov, 17th Nov, 24th Nov, 1st Dec, 8th Dec and 15th Dec. Please email Gill Higgins at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to reserve a place at one or more of the sessions. The cost of each session is £10.Back to News
