New Spring Yoga Classes with Sacha Kent
Sacha Kent is running two five week yoga courses at Cowdray Hall focussing on the power of the breath, the benefits of Sun Salutations and developing strength and grounding through the standing poses.
The first course starts next week on Tuesday 25th April until Tuesday 23rd May from 9.30am to 11am.
The second course is from Friday 28th April to Friday 26th May from 9.15am to 10.45am.
